If you could change one thing about eBay, what would it be?
Including the stores in the searches with the auctions. Everything should be all together! I would only charge fees if an item sells!
Challenges you've had to overcome:
I have a disability from a car accident that causes me intense pain. I have to work through that and sometimes it's agony. But I never let a client down and never will. I also have depression to deal with. My only son is messed up and I have to deal with that, which is very hard. Probably the hardest thing, harder than the pain, to remain positive to people when all you want to do is cry.
As a buyer, what specific things should a seller do to make you want to be a repeat buyer?
Honesty first and foremost. If you can't ship for two weeks, just be honest. Represent your item properly.
What software do you use to list your items, and why?
Turbo Lister. I just like it. I tried others but seem to just like this best.
What is the best eBay book you've ever read?
Probably every book Danna Crawford has ever written.
Marketing: tell us what you've tried. Online, offline. What has produced results and what hasn't?
Banner ads, blogs, forums, flyers, adwords. Flyers work very well. I know where to give them out I guess. I also leave business cards in every possible place. I just try to get everywhere!
